We take on the whole event, from the first idea to the last cable.
We draw up the schedule, choose the suppliers and coordinate everyone involved. On the day we're there from start to finish, and you only deal with one person. If the event needs it, we provide engineering cover and help you through the licensing process.
We work across the Girona area and in Barcelona, for public bodies, companies and venues. Before we start you get a fixed price based on the size of the event, with no surprises or extras.

01How much does it cost to organise an event with you?
It depends on the size of the event: a concert in the square isn't a four-day town festival. Before we start, you get a fixed price based on its size, with no surprises or extras.
02Can you do just one part, like the stage and sound?
Yes. We cover only what you need: tech, security, artists or running the day. You can handle the rest yourselves.
03Who will be our point of contact?
One person from our team, from the first call to the get-out. Behind the scenes we keep everyone briefed on what you've asked for, and you only ever talk to one person.
04Can we see the proposal before committing?
Of course. The proposal is an initial assessment: we explain what we'd do and what it would cost, and you decide. It doesn't commit you to anything until you accept it.
