We have not appointed a data protection officer because our activity does not require one. For any question about your data, write to events@enigmaglobal.es.

2. What data we process and why

What you send us through the form or by email

Your name and email and, if you give them to us, your phone number, organisation, type of event, expected attendance, date, location and message. We use them only to reply to you and, where appropriate, to prepare the proposal and the contract. We do not use them to send you advertising.

Your name, email and message are needed so we can reply: without them we cannot answer you. The rest is optional. The form stores nothing on this website: it sends your message by email to our inbox. Each request gets a reference so you can quote it when we talk.

Legal basis: taking pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, if there is a contract, performing it. Retention: as long as needed to deal with your request and, if there is a contract, as long as tax and commercial obligations require.

Website security

To prevent abuse, the server counts for a few minutes how many requests come from each IP address; that count is not stored anywhere. The hosting provider also logs visits (IP, date and browser) for security. None of this is used for profiling or advertising.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of our systems (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

3. Who else has access

We do not share your data with anyone unless required by law. Hostinger hosts the website and the email as a data processor, under the contract and safeguards the GDPR requires. If any provider were to process data outside the European Economic Area, it would do so with the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

4. How we protect it

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to the inbox is protected and only our team uses it. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for its portability. Write to events@enigmaglobal.es with the subject "Personal data"; if needed, we will ask you to prove your identity. We will reply within the one-month period set by law.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency: aepd.es.

6. Minors

The form is intended for organisations and professionals. We do not ask for data about minors.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update its date.
